Our methodology defines the foundation of our selection criteria for investment opportunities.

Any investment or cooperation agreement made between Bullseye Analytics and listed companies are subject to the company meeting our selection criteria and methodology. Below, we outline some of the facets of our methodology.

Management

The quality of the management team has a direct impact on the ability of the company to deliver progress and ultimately growth in shareholder value.

We engage in numerous meetings with the management team of companies we have identified as potential investment opportunities. The meetings are designed for us to develop a more thorough understanding of the management team, their previous track record, their capabilities and aspirations.

In addition to the meetings, we comprehensively research their history, previous appointments and output.

Competent management is the foundation to a successful company and growth in shareholder value, without this component, we will not deem a company worthy of our investment or recommendation.

Assets

Our team of mining specialists thoroughly analyse exploration or near production assets to determine the long-term potential for success.

The analysis is primarily focused on the following parameters:

→ Sovereign risk: Determine potential risks and stability profile of the host jurisdiction.
→ Scope: Is there ample potential for the mineral resources reserves to grow?
→ Metallurgy: What is the current metallurgy, expected recovery rates and processing profile.
→ Economics: Is the project economically viable? Is there enough margin to cater for lower demand and weaker prices of the focus commodity.

Commodity

When evaluating an investment opportunity, the focus commodity is of the utmost importance when determining the potential for success. Supply and demand must be thoroughly evaluated, with the focus on medium to long term outlook to ensure viability.

Register

The shareholder register provides important insight into the fiscal management of the company and it’s track record in delivering shareholder growth. Our analysts thoroughly evaluate the register to determine the potential for turnover and the outlook of existing holders.

We aim to invest in companies with a solid and well-maintained register. If a company frequently raises funds without achieving project milestones, it often indicates a poorly managed register.
